Frequently asked questions
What's included in the tour price?
On every trip: the care of a Polish-speaking guide throughout the day, hotel pick-up and return transport, admission to every place visited, planned tastings and lunch, water along the way and access to our own online guide to Penang. You'll find the full list on each tour's page.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Yes. Every tour starts and ends right at your hotel on Penang - transport in an air-conditioned van or bus is included in the price.
What language are the tours run in?
We tour in Polish - a Polish-speaking guide is with you throughout the day.
Are meals included in the price?
Yes. Depending on the tour, the price usually includes lunch, all planned tastings, and we provide water during transfers. Local flavours are part of the programme, not an add-on.
How large are the groups?
We travel in small groups - usually anywhere from a few to a dozen or so people, depending on the tour. This is not a big coach group.
What's the difficulty level?
Most tours are easy and require no particular fitness - they suit any age. Active trips (e.g. cycling) are moderate, but on flat routes even recreational riders will manage. We describe the level on each tour's page.
How do I book a date?
Every tour has a fixed day of the week. Pick a trip, check the details and ask about availability - we'll confirm the exact date when you book.
